What is the stipulated form of payment?

➢ The unit is reserved with US $ 5,000
➢ At the signing of the Promise of Sale contract, 10% of the value of the unit must be completed (that is, the buyer will pay 10% less the US $ 5,000 of the reservation amount already paid).
➢ 40% of the sale price is completed in monthly payments until the unit is delivered.
➢ Finally, the remaining 50% is paid at the time of delivery of the unit.
